I have just completed my first course of Weight Loss Challenge and now I am on my second. I have lost weight and inches, toned up and improved my fitness level so much that I have moved up to the Amber group, which I honestly thought I could never do. The Herbalife supplements are fantastic and definately do work! Alba has changed my whole outlook to food and exercise and I feel better than I have done in years. Anyone looking to fast-track their weight loss and fitness levels should without doubt sign up for this Challenge!!!!

Been attending Alba for months now and really find the difference. I have tried the gym, personal training and dieting but nothing seemed to work for me.
I’m on my second round of the Weight Loss Challenge and really enjoying it. Definitely working for me and I will be keeping it up.
Before I started Alba, my fitness was terrible. I struggled to run for any distance, now that has all changed. I can run for longer and my general health has improved. I have more energy than I've ever had and will definitely be keeping attending the classes.
The instructors are friendly and are there to help out whenever you are unsure about anything or just want to ask a question. They may seem rough and ready, but they really inspire you to push yourself more each class. You get to meet new friends and everyone helps one another through the classes. It's definitely something worth trying once, you won’t be disappointed.

My job involves sitting at a desk all day and in the past I've struggled to stay fit and healthy as I always give myself too easy a time of it in the gym. Motivation has always been at the heart of the problem.

Since joining Alba I've shed a stone (and counting), I'm far fitter than I've ever been, and I genuinely look forward to each and every class.

The great thing for me is that Alba have supplied the motivation for me, I just turn out for the craic, and there's plenty of it.

If you give Alba a try you'll be hooked.

I have been coming to Alba regularly for about 4 1/2 months. My aim when I started was to get to my target weight and improve my fitness. I have lost 1st 10lbs and reached my target weight. The classes are great fun and the time flies in. I have made a lot of friends and the instructors motivate and encourage the troops. I would definately recommend Alba as a fun and enjoyable way to get fit and make friends.

I can't thank Cammy and everyone else at ALBA enough. I have been thinking of coming for over a year and 3 weeks after taking the first step I have lost just over a stone. I still have a long way to go but the help and encouragement of everyone else in my section as well as the instructors have put me on the path to a complete lifestyle change and i can honestly say i can already feel the difference.

I have been attending ALBA for almost 1 year now and was hooked from day 1! Not only are the classes varied and brilliant fun, you are guaranteed an all over body work-out in the great outdoors. Before you know it the hour has just disappeared and the endorphins are buzzing! All the instructors and fellow troopers are such an encouraging sociable bunch- it's easy to forget you're at a Military Fitness class! I ran the Women's 10k today and knocked 11 mins from my time at last year's event, so ALBA has really raised the bar for me. If you're thinking about coming along you have nothing to lose and everything to gain! Alba fitness definitely works :-)

Hi Guys, I passed my final fitness test for the police today something I can guarantee you I could not have done this time last year!!! BUT I did, and I did it with Alba's help. For me Alba has given me the tools to move forward with a dream I have wanted to realise for 20 years and I am so grateful. Alba is a big part of my life now the banter is hilarious the workouts very very effective.....come along and try us out I guarantee you wont be disappointed you will be hooked. Sgt Cammy Mcleod Derek, Lorna and Tam are the best - Alba will help me to maintain my fitness for my job but apart from that it allows me to get to the park and have a laugh with my new friends aswell as get fit. In total I have lost 2 stones 3 pounds thanks to Alba Military Fitness ....Come along what have you got to lose???"

Well since my last testimonial in January I have attended ALBA'S first "Female Boot Camp",this was a fantastic weekend and all the girls really enjoyed it even although it was tough at times and we were on the go from 6am. I thought the whole agenda for the weekend was excellent and covered loads of different classes such as military fitness training, boxercise, synergise, military TAB,kettle bells,mountain-biking, military exercise and the punishing assault course!! As well as having all these classes there was also some fun time included where the troops went bowling. The "Boot Camp" weekend was very professionally structured, a big thank you to Cammy and his team for all the hard work involved in organising and supervising an excellent event, congratulations and well done. I will definetly be booking to go on another of these weekends and I would encourage all you female troopers and your friends to give it a go - you will not be disappointed.

I have just returned from my first Alba Bootcamp - I signed up for this thinking och what the hell!! but come last Friday I was thinking my god what have I let myself in for? however, all I can say girls is get your name down for the next one. It was by far the best challenge I have ever faced in my life up at 05:30 running round Strathclyde Park with Sgt McLeod for an hour then back for breakfast, then a further hour of military fitness followed by 4 hours of orienteering - which was a real hoot! We got back only to be faced with an assault course which again was great fun and we all supported one another going round it. Sunday was another full day of Kettle Bells Mountain Biking then yoga pilates and relaxation to end the week end..fantastic!! I felt fantastic after the week end really energised and motivated. The week end was hosted by Sgt Cammy McLeod, The legend that is Zander Urquart and last but not least the one the only the legend herself Miss G I Pain ( Lorna ). The instructors were fabulous at encouraging us along the way. The Bootcamp was held at Strathclyde Park and we stayed in the Alona Hotel which was gorgeous and the staff looked after us so well with delicious food and lovely clean warm rooms with the cosiest beds. I am so up for the next one which I beleive is being held in June. There were 10 of us in total the banter was excellent and the camaraderie just brilliant I have made some smashing new friends. Sgt Cammy McLeod clearly knows his stuff as the week end was well paced and ran like clockwork. I cannot wait till the next one...get your names down fast ladies. Kate

Just completed my first all female Boot Camp with Alba.I feel a great sense of achievement and had fun along the way as well. The leaders are really encouraging and a laugh. GI Jane is brilliant and good inspiration. You get a complete breakdown of your weight , body fat etc and some helpful weight loss advice that really works . If you do only one thing this year - do the Boot Camp , your worth it !!!!
